CalmPup Wellness – Return & Refund Policy

At CalmPup Wellness, we want you and your furry friends to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You can return products within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging.

  • To start a return, please contact us at support@calmpupwellness.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong or defective product.

Exchanges

  • If your item is defective or damaged, we can exchange it for the same product at no extra cost.

  • Contact us at support@calmpupwellness.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are used, soiled, or not in original condition cannot be returned.

  • For hygiene reasons, lick mats that have been used cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned unless defective.
