How do I use a lick mat? Spread peanut butter, plain yoghurt, wet food or any soft treat across the mat surface. For a longer session pop it in the freezer for 30 minutes first. Press the suction cups onto any flat surface like tiles, glass or your shower wall.

What foods can I use? Peanut butter (must be xylitol free), plain yoghurt, cream cheese, wet dog food, pumpkin puree, mashed banana, mashed sweet potato or any soft spreadable treat. Always check ingredients are pet safe before using.

Is it safe for my pet? Yes. Every CalmPup mat is made from 100% food-grade BPA-free silicone — the same material used in baby products. All mats are non-toxic and vet approved.

How do I clean it? Simply rinse under warm water or place in the dishwasher. All CalmPup mats are fully dishwasher safe. We recommend cleaning after every use.

How long does delivery take? Standard delivery takes 7-14 business days. Express options are available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally? Yes we ship Australia wide and internationally. Shipping costs and times vary by location and are shown at checkout.

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do? If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days please email us at support@calmpupwellness.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

Can I use a lick mat for cats? Absolutely. Lick mats work brilliantly for cats too. Use plain yoghurt, wet cat food or tuna paste. Start with a small amount and let your cat explore at their own pace.
