Returns Policy
30-Day Hassle Free Returns We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your CalmPup purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
How to start a return: Email us at support@calmpupwellness.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective please email us immediately with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the original.
Non-returnable items:
- Items that have been used
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items not in original condition
